Hi, My name is Jessica. I am a female Asian (from Taiwan). I am thinking to live in my double wide mobile home (24'x52', 1248 Sq Ft) in Miracle Mile Mobile Home Park. The space rental is $415 per month there. I am looking for one or two roommates to share the expense (like space rental, power and gas bills, TV cable, Internet cable access, phone service etc.) There are 2 bed rooms with 2 full size bathrooms. You can have your private bathroom if you like. I will be paying home owner insurance for this MH. I won't be there for most of time so I really like to have 2 roommates to start with. So if you have 2 people then that's great.

The MH can be your temporary place to stay. Few days, short term or long term is not a problem. Need just few days in Las Vegas? I can share my MH with you as well.

1) I will pay for all the utilities.

If you are a single person (for one room), then the fee is $20 (Monday to Thursday) per day, or $40 (Friday to Sunday) per day, or $160 per week.

If you have 2 people (for one room), then the fee will be $25 (Monday to Thursday) per day, or $50 (Friday to Sunday) per day, or $220 per week.

If you have 1, 2 or more people (to occupy both rooms), then the fee will be $40 (Monday to Thursday) per day, or $60 (Friday to Sunday) per day, or $320 per week.

2) I will pay for ½ the utilities.

If you (single person in one room) are thinking about long term, it will be $500 per month plus sharing ½ expenses (power and gas bills, TV cable, Internet cable access, phone service etc) per month, I will be relying on your $500 payment per month to pay off the space rental fee ($418) and homeowner insurance (about $80) per month. And I will pay the other ½ expenses per month as well. You will need to pay another $500 as the deposit (will be used to pay your unpaid utilities if needed) when you move in.

3) I will pay the other 1/3 utilities.

If you (2 people in one room) are thinking about long term, it will be $600 per month plus sharing 2/3 expenses (power and gas bills, TV cable, Internet cable access, phone service etc) per month, I will be relying on your $600 payment per month to pay off the space rental fee ($418) and homeowner insurance (about $80) per month. And I will pay the other 1/3 expenses per month as well. You will need to pay another $600 as the deposit (will be used to pay your unpaid utilities if needed) when you move in.

4) I will share NO utilities.

If you (1, 2 or more people to occupy both rooms) are thinking about long term, it will be $800 per month plus sharing ALL expenses (power and gas bills, TV cable, Internet cable access, phone service etc) per month, I will be relying on your $800 payment per month to pay off the space rental fee ($418) and homeowner insurance (about $80) per month. And I will share NO expenses per month. You will need to pay another $800 as the deposit (will be used to pay your unpaid utilities if needed) when you move in.
